Abstract:
Provided is an exercise cushion that can be used as a cushion and that is moreover such that stretches of the back, the muscles of the legs and arms, and the like can be performed using the cushion. The present invention is provided with: a core main body (10) to which a pair of core boards (11, 11) formed in an arc shape engage in a bendable manner; an elastic member (12) provided in a manner so as to resist the force from when the core boards (11, 11) are bent; a pair of cushion bags (13) that house each core board (11); an inner cushion (14) that is inserted into the cushion bags (13) and the core boards (11); and a cushion cover (15) that covers the cushion bags (13) after the core boards (11) and inner cushions (14) have been inserted into the cushion bags (13).
