Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise device for both abdomen exercise and lower-body exercise. The present invention comprises: first and second frames stably supported on a surface or at three points on a bottom surface in a T-shape when laid down; and a third frame stably supported on a bottom surface while being parallel to the second frame when rotated by 90º so as to stand upright. The present invention further comprises: a first connecting frame which connects the second and third frames, and which is length adjustable; and a second connecting frame, one side of which is fixed to the first frame, and which is length adjustable. The present invention comprises a driver which is mounted via the third frame and the other side of the second connecting frame, which has a pedal, and which can switch between automatic and manual operations. The driver includes a handle bar which is length adjustable in the same direction as the first frame, and which includes a controller for controlling driving of the driver, and a handle bar having a handle.
