Abstract:
The present invention provides an exercise device having reverse exercise and Roman chair functions, the device comprising: a prop frame (110) comprising first and second prop frames (112, 114), a fixed frame (116), and a first adjustment frame (118) coupled to the fixed frame (116) to be able to slide; a first coupling frame (140) configured on the first prop frame (112) such that a lower body support frame (240) is selectively coupled thereto according to the exercise type; an angle support frame (160) connected to the first adjustment frame (118); a cushion prop frame (210) on which a cushion member (202) is mounted; a cushion angle adjustment member (220) connecting the cushion prop frame (210) and a second adjustment frame (230); a second adjustment frame (230) for adjusting the height and angle of the cushion prop frame (210); and a lower body support frame (240) coupled to one of the first and second coupling frames (240, 250) according to the exercise type.
