Abstract:
Provided is an exercise device that floatingly moves using elastic force. The exercise device comprises: a first body comprising a first baseplate; a second body, which is spaced apart from the first body and comprises a second baseplate; and a plurality of tensile elastic bodies connecting the first body and the second body and individually extending and contracting depending on the distribution of weight applied to the first body and the second body (the distribution of weight includes the weight distributed by the kinetic force generated by the movement of a user), thus adjusting the distance between the first body and the second body by using elastic force, wherein the first baseplate and the second baseplate are respectively positioned on the outer side of the first body and the outer side of the second body, so that the weight is applied there-through.
