Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise device. The exercise device using a ball according to the present invention comprises: a pedestal; a fastening bracket which is fixed at the pedestal, and the upper portion of which has a first bolt portion; a coil spring, the lower portion of which is coupled to the first bolt portion; a connection bracket, the lower portion of which has a second bolt portion to which an upper portion of the coil spring is coupled, and the upper portion of which has a third bolt portion; a ball made of a core and a cover consisting of a plurality of panel segments; and an inner bracket which is fixed at the inner surface of the core, and which has a recessed first nut portion coupled to the third bolt portion.
