Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise mat and, specifically, to an exercise mat characterized by comprising a mat body formed in a plate shape so that exercise can be effectively performed in stages while maintaining hands or feet at a certain interval or angle during the exercise, thus enhancing the effect of the exercise. The mat body has first and second guide lines on at least one surface thereof, wherein the first guide lines form a quadrangular grid pattern, and the second guide lines are inclined with respect to the first guide lines and intersect with the first guide lines. Thus, exercise can be performed after placing the feet or hands along the first guide lines and the second guide lines.
