Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise service system and an exercise service method. An exercise service system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: sensing devices mounted on exercise apparatuses that use the resistance of a servomotor so as to measure resistance and generate personalized exercise data for a user; an exercise data processing device which receives the (pre)generated exercise data from the sensing device mounted on each exercise apparatus, stores the (pre)generated exercise data for each exercise apparatus, and outputs the (pre)stored exercise data for each exercise apparatus when users finish exercising; and an exercise service device which generates personalized exercise data for each user by using the exercise data provided when the user finishes exercising, and provides the user's personalized exercise data when a service is requested from the user's user terminal device.
