Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an energy-saving exhaust device for cooking equipment that suppresses odors from drifting in a room in which cooking equipment is installed. [Solution] An exhaust device for cooking equipment that has: a cooking chamber 12 that accommodates cooking equipment therein; a door 14 that is provided on the cooking chamber 12; a fan 20 that is connected to an exhaust duct in order to discharge air inside the cooking chamber 12 to the inside or the outside of the room in which the cooking chamber 12 is installed; and a control unit 50 that changes the operation of the fan 20 to correspond to the opened/closed state of the door 14.
