Abstract:
A diesel exhaust gas purification device prevents the temperature of a micro DPF from sensitively following a variation of the temperature of exhaust gas discharged from a diesel engine to maintain purification performance of the micro DPF in traveling and also prevents deformation of the micro DPF by heat and reduction in durability caused by the deformation. An exhaust gas purification device has a micro DPF (32) for collecting and treating particulate matters contained in exhaust gas from a diesel engine (10), a bypass path (33) provided in parallel to the micro DPF (32), a heat insulation layer (37) provided between the bypass path (33) and the micro DPF (32) and suppressing heat transmission between the exhaust gas flowing in the bypass path (33) and the micro DPF (32), and a switching valve (34) for switching flow paths so that the exhaust gas flows in at least either the micro DPF (32) or the bypass path (33).
