Abstract:
This exhaust gas treatment device comprises: a first reducing catalyst that is provided in a flow path for combustion exhaust gas from fuel and accelerates reaction to reduce a certain substance included in the combustion exhaust gas; a reducing agent supply part that is provided on the upstream side of the first reducing catalyst and supplies a reducing agent for reducing the certain substance in the combustion exhaust gas; a reducing agent lessening catalyst that is provided on the downstream side of the first reducing catalyst in the flow path and lessens the reducing agent in the combustion exhaust gas; at least one second reducing catalyst that is provided on the downstream side of the reducing agent lessening catalyst in the flow path and accelerates reaction to reduce the certain substance; a first concentration measurement part that measures a first concentration which is the concentration of the certain substance in the combustion exhaust gas at a position located downstream of the first reducing catalyst and upstream of the reducing agent lessening catalyst in the flow path; a second concentration measurement part that measures a second concentration which is the concentration of the certain substance in the combustion exhaust gas at a position located downstream of the reducing agent lessening catalyst in the flow path; and a determination part configured to determine, on the basis of the first concentration and second concentration of the certain substance, whether to increase or decrease the supply amount of the reducing agent supplied from the reducing agent supply part.
