Abstract:
In order to prevent unburned HC components from being released to the outside in large quantities in the period from after early post-injection until a diesel oxidation catalyst reaches an activating temperature, the power in an oil circulation pump (74) is increased until an early post-injection initiation time (t1) by reducing the throttle opening of a variable throttle mechanism (77) disposed in an oil passage (72) or by increasing the value set for the hydraulic level detected by a hydraulic sensor (78) that is disposed downstream of the variable throttle mechanism (77). As a result, the release of unburned HC components to the outside is suppressed until the diesel oxidation catalyst (50) reaches the activating temperature by increasing the load of a diesel engine (10) and increasing the exhaust gas temperature gradient in the temperature elevation stage of the diesel oxidation catalyst.
