Abstract:
This exhaust gas treatment device (10): uses a suction blower (12) that has a spill-back function (constant pressure function); is provided with an exhaust gas bypass pipeline (42) that has an exhaust gas bypass valve (43) between an air discharge pipeline (23), that is the outlet pipeline for an absorption tower (11a, 11b), and the inlet side (12a) of the suction blower (12); controls the pressure of the inlet side (12a) of the suction blower to be a preset prescribed value; and directly couples the inlet side (12a) of the blower (12) to the air discharge pipeline (23) with the exhaust gas bypass valve (43) in an opened state when the pressure exceeds the preset prescribed value. According to this exhaust gas treatment device, it is possible to provide an exhaust gas treatment method and device wherein the back pressure of the exhaust gas pipeline for manufacturing equipment is automatically set to be equal to or less than the prescribed value when installing the exhaust gas treatment device in the manufacturing equipment, thereby preventing the manufacturing equipment from being easily damaged and ensuring safety.
