A joint assembly for an exhaust hood, a cleaning system (100) and an exhaust hood. The exhaust hood comprises an external cleaning branch (30) and an external cleaning assembly (31) detachably provided on the external cleaning branch (30) by means of the joint assembly, the external cleaning assembly (31) having an external cleaning part (311) for outputting a cleaning medium, the joint assembly comprising: a branch joint part (32), the branch joint part (32) being connected to an outlet end of the external cleaning branch (30); an external joint part (312), the external joint part (312) being connected to the external cleaning part (311) and detachably connected to the branch joint part (32), and when the external joint part (312) is connected to the branch joint part (32), an outlet of the branch joint part (32) communicating with an inlet of the external joint part (312), and when the external joint part (312) is separated from the branch joint part (32), the outlet of the branch joint part (32) being closed.
