Abstract:
An exoskeleton robot for expectoration assistance and a control method. In the exoskeleton robot, a respiration sensor obtains a respiration signal of a user to be assisted (S101); a positive pressure module (1) covers the upper abdomen of said user; a negative pressure module (2) is provided on the outer wall of the thoracic cavity of said user and wraps the whole thoracic cavity, and a negative pressure cavity (22) is formed between a housing (21) of the negative pressure module (2) and the outer wall of the thoracic cavity; when said user is in an inspiration state, the rigidity of the housing (21) of the negative pressure module (2) is increased; when said user is in an expiration state, the rigidity of the housing (21) of the negative pressure module (2) is decreased; a control module is separately connected to the respiration sensor, the positive pressure module (1), and the negative pressure module (2); when said user is in the inspiration state, the negative pressure cavity (22) is controlled to perform intermittent negative pressure pumping, and the positive pressure module (1) is controlled to perform deflation (S103); and when said user is in the expiration state, the positive pressure module (1) is controlled to be inflated, and the negative pressure module (2) is controlled to be directly communicated with the external environment (S104). The objective of non-invasive, efficient, and intelligent cough assistance of said user is achieved.
