Abstract:
Provided is an exosome production promoting agent that promotes the production of an exosome from adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells. This exosome production promoting agent promotes the production of an exosome from adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells cultured in a serum-free medium, and is characterized by comprising EGF. Further, including IL-1β and trehalose is preferable. It is desirable that SCGF is not included. Culturing with a non-woven fabric sheet as a scaffold is preferable. Exosomes produced in mass according to this technique can be used for the purpose of cosmetic surgery and the like.
