Abstract:
An expanding head support ring oil path system comprising a pull rod (8). A cone (3) is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the pull rod. A wedge (5) that slides in tandem with the cone is mounted on the outer circumferential surface thereof. A module (7) is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the wedge. The cone, the wedge, and the module are all mounted on a T-shaped key (4). Also, a support ring (11) is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the pull rod. A short T-shaped key (10) is mounted between one end surface of the support ring and one end surface of the wedge. A lubricating ring (2) is mounted on the pull rod at one end of the cone. A press ring (1) is mounted at one end of the lubricating ring. An oil path system is provided on a cross section of the support ring. The oil path system is divided into a first oil path (13), a second oil path (14), a third oil path (15), and a fourth oil path (16). Multiple lubrication distributors (12) are mounted at intervals on the outer circumferential surface of the support ring. The lubrication distributors are connected each oil path system. The expanding head support ring oil path system is structurally reasonable and compact and provides a great lubrication effect.
