Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of capacitor explosion prevention, and discloses an explosion-proof electrolytic capacitor, comprising a capacitor main body and an explosion-proof shell; the capacitor main body has a tail portion, the explosion-proof shell comprises an outer shell body, the outer shell body having an open end and a closed end; an explosion-proof buffer chamber is provided at least in the interior of the closed end of the outer shell body, the open end has a through port, the through port being in communication with the explosion-proof buffer chamber, and the tail portion of the capacitor main body is connected to the open end of the outer shell body. The invention achieves the function of buffering or collecting the gas or electrolytic solution released from the capacitor main body.
