Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of power batteries, and particularly relates to an explosion-proof valve, a top cover assembly, and a battery. The explosion-proof valve comprises a mounting portion and a main body portion, the mounting portion is disposed on an outer peripheral edge of the main body portion, and the main body portion comprises a weak portion and a first cushioning portion; the weak portion is disposed between the mounting portion and the first cushioning portion, or the weak portion is disposed on the first cushioning portion; the weak portion is a position having the minimum burst pressure value on the explosion-proof valve, and the weak portion is configured to open the explosion-proof valve when the air pressure of the inner space of the top cover assembly reaches an opening threshold of the explosion-proof valve. When the explosion-proof valve provided by the present application is influenced by external factors which easily enable the weak portion to generate stress concentration, the first cushioning portion can generate flexible deformation, provide a certain amount of flexible deformation, and have a cushioning effect on the weak portion, thereby avoiding excessive stress of the weak portion, weakening the influence on the anti-explosion valve, ensuring application reliability of the anti-explosion valve, and prolonging the service life of the anti-explosion valve.
