Abstract:
An explosion-proof waste gas filtering and discharge cylinder, comprising a cylinder body (1), wherein a gas intake end cover (2) is movably mounted and arranged at and connected to one end of the cylinder body (1) by means of threaded fitting; a plurality of sets of gas discharge through holes are provided in the outer periphery of the cylinder body (1) in a penetrating manner; a self-cleaning-type filtering mechanism is arranged in the gas intake end cover (2) in an embedded manner; an extendable filtering mechanism is mounted inside the cylinder body (1); the end of the extendable filtering mechanism away from the gas intake end cover (2) is in limited sliding fit with an inner wall of the cylinder body, and is in limited connection with the inner wall of the cylinder body (1); and the tail end of the cylinder body (1) away from the gas intake end cover is provided, in an embedded manner, with a pressure relief end that correspondingly matches the extendable filtering mechanism. By means of self-cleaning, the explosion-proof waste gas filtering and discharge cylinder is prevented from being blocked, such that the continuous operation capacity thereof is maintained. An airflow enters the extendable filtering mechanism to be filtered and then is discharged through the gas discharge through holes, and following an increase in waste gas emissions or a sudden rise in the temperature of waste gas, the extendable filtering mechanism can extend, such that a gas filtering and discharge area can increase, and the safety is improved. The extendable filtering mechanism and the pressure relief end correspondingly match to further relieve pressure and discharge gas.
