Abstract:
[Problem] To more appropriately set an exclusion zone or time wherein cellular phone usage restrictions which prevent explosives being detonated are carried out, and to appropriately carry out evacuation guidance. [Solution] When a notification is issued that a small explosion Bm has occurred, a security center identifies, from location information of the person issuing the notification, the location where the small explosion Bm has occurred, and transmits an alert directive signal to alert devices 10 which are within a given range centered on the location where the small explosion Bm has occurred (e.g., alert devices 10EA-10EG). Alert devices 10 receive the alert directive signal with a directive transceiver device 22, drive a jamming signal emitter 26, transmit jamming signals, and block radio waves from cellular phones, restricting the usage thereof. Detonations of explosives by remote control from cellular phones are thus prevented. Alert devices 10 drive a warning device 28, outputting warning sounds and lights, and indicate directions for evacuation by an evacuation direction indicator 30.
