Abstract:
An expressway split type guardrail production line, comprising an unwinding support (1), a feeding device (2), a punching machine (3), a compression molding device (4), a cutting machine (5), and a steel wire (6). By the arrangement of the feeding device (2), when the steel wire (6) is fed, a pressing roller (22) can straighten the steel wire (6) to reduce the bending degree of the steel wire, anti-deviation wheels (23) have the deviation rectifying effect on the steel wire (6) to prevent the deflection of the steel wire (6), and a feeding mechanism (24) can exert a traction force on the steel wire (6) to realize the movement of the steel wire (6); by the arrangement of the feeding mechanism (24), when the steel wire (6) is pulled, a driving motor (241) drives a lower feeding roller (243) to rotate, by means of transmission of a gear (245), an upper feeding roller (242) is driven to rotate, and the upper feeding roller (242) and the lower feeding roller (243) rotate reversely, so that the steel wire (6) is pulled; by the arrangement of the compression molding device (4), by means of multiple times of mold pressing of a first mold pressing machine (42), a second mold pressing machine (43), and a third mold pressing machine (44), the molding effect of the steel wire (6) is enhanced, and elastic deformation is avoided.
