Abstract:
An extendable catheter sheath and an interventional instrument conveying device. The extendable catheter sheath comprises a tube wall (4) which is in a rolling wall structure with a coiled cross section and has an expanding state for expanding the rolling wall structure of a corresponding part and a pre-setting state for automatically recovering the rolling structure. The catheter sheath has a specific cross-section shape, the cross section is changed on the position where an interventional instrument goes by according to the external size of the interventional instrument when the interventional instrument is conveyed, and the catheter sheath is recovered to the original pre-setting state by means of the self-elasticity after the interventional instrument passes by, so that the catheter sheath is favorable for penetrating a thinner blood vessel, the falling of a calcification part is avoided, and the surgical risk is reduced.
