Abstract:
Provided is a heat-insulating sheet in at least a portion of which a paper-based material is used, and which is excellent in heat-insulation performance. The heat-insulating sheet comprises: a first sheet that is formed from a paper-based material including fibers and that has a plurality of protruding sections on a first face side thereof; and a second sheet facing the protruding sections of the first sheet. At least a portion of the protruding sections includes a base end section and includes a low-density section in which the fiber density, that is determined to be the density of the fiber constituting the paper-based material, is lower than the fiber density of the base end section.
