Abstract:
An external field repair device for heavy metal contaminated soil, comprising: a treatment pool (52); a stirring device, which is mounted in the treatment pool and comprises a fixing frame (24), a guide block (23) mounted on a frame, and three push-pull rods (8) at the top, in the middle and at the bottom of the frame, the push-pull rods pass through the guide block, and each push-pull rod is installed with a number of stirring rods (44) perpendicular thereto; a driving device, which is used to drive the push-pull rods to move horizontally along the guide block; a screening device; and a spray device, which lifts the liquid at the bottom of the treatment pool to the top of the treatment pool and sprays it to the treatment pool through a sprayer (18). The device can realize horizontal counter-mixing in actual engineering, and is especially suitable for solid-liquid mixed state and solid substances such as heavy metal contaminated soil, the counter-mixing is more uniform and the treatment effect is better. The device as a whole is detachable, which is convenient for cleaning and washing the bottom of the treatment pool, and the operation is simple and the washing cost is lower.
