Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is an external rotor motor, comprising a rotating shaft, a stator assembly, an external rotor and a sleeve seat; the stator assembly comprises a stator iron core, an end insulation and a coil winding, the sleeve seat comprises a bottom plate and a sleeve protruding upward from the middle of the bottom plate, the external rotor comprises a housing sleeve and several permanent magnets mounted on an inner wall face of the housing sleeve, a cavity is provided in the housing sleeve, and a flange extends outward from an opening of the housing sleeve, a centrifugal fan is mounted at the bottom of the flange, and an air outlet is provided between the centrifugal fan and the bottom plate; a labyrinth air inlet is provided on the top of the housing sleeve, the labyrinth air inlet, the cavity and the air outlet are in communication, air enters the motor from the labyrinth air inlet and then is discharged from the air outlet, and when the motor is running, the external rotor rotates to drive the centrifugal fan to rotate together with the external rotor, and the centrifugal fan draws out of the air from the interior of the motor, so that the airflow circulates inside the motor in a directional manner so as to dissipate heat, effectively reducing the winding temperature, having good heat dissipation effect, and ensuring normal operation of the motor.
