Abstract:
An extinguishing agent and its manufacturing process are disclosed, which comprises salt(s)
of antimony tartrate, phosphate(s), borate(s), silicate(s), water, diammonium
hydrophosphate, and dipotassium hydrophosphate. The water insoluble metal
oxide-Sb2O3 as the fire-fighting material is complexed with
alcohol acids into water-soluble agents. H3BO3 and H3PO4
are neutralized with NH4OH and/or NaOH and/or KOH and compounded with
each other. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the final
product is nontoxic and has a good water solubility and a simple composition.
Its extinguishing efficiency is high with a low cost. The extinguishing agent
is neutral and has no waste produced during its manufacturing process, which
has no need for expensive manufacturing devices and is relatively simple.
