Abstract:
Provided is an extracorporeal circulation blood pump and method, a motor (201) is driven to operate, and a rotating head (202) rotates, thereby driving a rotating body (302) in a pump (3) to rotate, an electromagnet (401) is controlled to produce an axially upward attractive force on the rotating body (302), so that the attractive force is matched with a coupling attractive force between a driving permanent magnet (2022) and a driven permanent magnet (30222), and the rotating body (302) can rotate without contact in the axial direction. In addition, a first radial support permanent magnet (102) and a second radial support permanent magnet (30221) are configured to interact with each other to generate a repulsive force, and the rotating body (302) can rotate without contact in the radial direction, achieving complete non-contact rotation with a pump casing (301), so as to enable a composite impeller (3021) to rotate without bearing support, which greatly reduces the damage to blood cells and reduces the possibility of thrombosis.
