Abstract:
The present invention relates to an extracorporeal circulation system comprising an arterial sheath, an inflow pipe, a handle, an outflow pipe, and a venous sheath connected in sequence. The arterial sheath is used for connecting to the carotid artery, and the venous sheath is used for connecting to a vein. The handle comprises a housing and a flow controller, a blood filter, and a one-way check valve arranged in the housing in sequence. The flow controller is connected to the end of the inflow pipe away from the arterial sheath, and the one-way check valve is connected to the end of the outflow pipe away from the venous sheath, wherein the flow controller comprises a main body element with a flow channel and a flow control element. The flow control element is at least partially received in the main body element and is movably connected to the flow channel. The flow control element reduces or increases the flow area of the flow channel under an external force. The extracorporeal circulation system of the present invention can establish blood reverse flow from the carotid artery to the femoral vein and prevent the falling thrombus during surgery from entering the brain.
