Abstract:
The present invention relates to a extractable underground-embedded on-site monitoring control panel having a two-tier flooding safety structure. The control panel for controlling traffic lights, street lights, water supply pipes or the like is embedded in the ground so as to enable control in an extractable manner, and has a two-tier sealing structure using an air pocket principle in the ground so as to protect various electronic devices from moisture or water, and, in order to provide a two-tier flooding safety structure by generating internal pressure during danger so as to pressurize water having flowed into an inner container and push same out of the inner container, even if the function of an air pocket has deteriorated due to an abnormality in a "pi"-shaped structure caused by prolonged flooding, the control panel comprises: an outer container (10) which is formed into in enclosure shape having an open top opened/closed by means of a cover (11) and is buried in the ground, and which is provided such that the upper surface of the cover (11) and the ground are positioned on the same horizontal line; a lower support (20), which is formed in a "pi"-shape having a closed upper surface, is positioned in the lower side of an accommodation space (19) of the outer container (10), and vertically moves up and down by means of an elevation member (81) provided on the bottom side of the outer container (10); and an upright panel (30) formed as a vertical panel fixed on the upper part of the lower support (20), wherein a control panel electronic operation device including a controller is coupled to the side surface of the upright panel (30).
