Abstract:
Provided are an extraction method for a phase in a material structure, an extraction device for a phase in a material structure, and a microscope device, which all have robustness against noise and which take preliminary information of phases into consideration. The extraction method for a phase in material structure, comprises: a first input step (S1) for obtaining mapping information from the material structure; a second input step (S2) for obtaining information about the phase of the material structure; an evaluation function definition step (S3) for defining an evaluation function on the basis of the mapping information and the information about the phase; and a phase extraction step (S5) for extracting the phase in the material structure on the basis of the evaluation function.
