Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for producing an extruded resin laminated film that undergoes little optical distortion and little change in the orientation axis thereof. A laminate having a (meth)acrylic-resin-containing layer laminated on at least one surface of a polycarbonate-containing layer is co-extruded from a T die in a molten state and is cooled using three or more cooling rolls, and the resultant extruded resin laminated film is taken off using a take-off roll. The laminate is interposed between a first cooling roll and a second cooling roll without creating a bank, an elastic metal roll being used as the first cooling roll, and a rigid metal roll being used as the second cooling roll. The overall temperature of the laminate when detached from the final cooling roll ranges from –40°C to –5°C relative to the glass transition temperature of the polycarbonate-containing layer. V2 is the circumferential velocity of the second cooling roll, V3 is the circumferential velocity of the third cooling roll, and V4 is the circumferential velocity of the take-off roll. Both V3/V2 and V4/V2 are set at 0.980-1.000.
