Abstract:
Extrusion dies for manufacturing a panel having buffering and energy shielding functions according to the present invention comprises: an introduction groove for introducing raw material; a raw material mold; a molding plate; a molding part; and a supporting plate coupled to the rear surface of the molding part and having a cooling water groove formed therein and a product discharge groove formed corresponding to a raw material groove. The discharge groove of the raw material mold is configured to take a jar shape, of which the middle portion protrudes when viewed in three dimensions, so that raw material for forming a panel is distributed and extruded from the discharge port, thereby being capable of manufacturing the panel in a uniform shape. In addition, the panel can be maintained in a predetermined shape so that the groove and a partition of the panel manufactured outside the supporting plate are not damaged as air is discharged out of a molding member through an air flowing groove of the molding part. Thus, the panel can be set to have various lengths and the failure rate of the panel can be minimized.
