Abstract:
An extrusion gear. The extrusion gear comprises a gear body, a through hole formed in the position of the central axis of the gear body, and an extrusion groove formed in the gear body. The extrusion groove is formed in a side surface of the gear body and is a ring groove. When the extrusion groove extrudes a corresponding extrusion filament, at least two force bearing points exist between the extrusion groove and the extrusion filament. At least two application points exist between the extrusion gear of the present utility model and an extrusion filament, and accordingly the frictional force on the extrusion filament is increased on same conditions, thereby improving the printing efficiency of the corresponding three-dimensional printer.
