Abstract:
In order to provide an extrusion molding device that does not allow air pockets to be generated in a molding head and does not enclose air inside a rubber member after molding, the extrusion molding device comprises: a cylinder having a loading unit capable of loading a rubber composition on one end side; a screw having a screw main unit for transferring the rubber composition toward the other end side of the cylinder while kneading the rubber composition, the screw being rotatably provided inside the cylinder; a molding head having an aperture unit for extruding the rubber composition transferred by the screw main unit from a molding port that is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the cylinder, the molding head being provided to the other end side of the cylinder; and a projection part that projects to the molding port side, the projection part being provided to the end part of the molding head side of the screw main unit. The projection part has a shape that tapers toward the molding port side, has a distal end angle of 30-50°, and is provided with a flight scraper helically provided to the external periphery.
