Abstract:
The present invention relates to an extrusion unit structure of a wheel die type solid fuel extrusion device, and more particularly to an extrusion unit structure of a wheel die type solid fuel extrusion device which can improve maintenance work and productivity and can reduce maintenance costs by quickly and simply changing and checking components abraded in an extrusion process for pressing and extruding waste to form solid fuel. The extrusion unit structure of the wheel die type solid fuel extrusion device of the present invention includes: an eccentric wheel which is rotated by applied power so as to perform an operation for pressing the waste; and a discharge die arranged along a circular track of the eccentric wheel, wherein the discharge die includes: a plurality of first discharge dies for discharging the waste by the pressure of the eccentric wheel; and a plurality of second discharge dies arranged around the first discharge dies to extrude and discharge the waste, the plurality of first extrusion dies are formed with a structure in which an extruding groove of an inlet side is formed along a moving track of the eccentric wheel in an inner circumference of an arc-shaped body formed within an angle range capable of forming the circular track when assembled with each other and in which a plurality of connection holes are formed toward an outer circumference of the extruding groove of the inlet side to be connected to the extruding groove of the inlet side, and the second extrusion dies are arranged around an outer circumference of one of the first extrusion dies and each of the second extrusion dies is formed with a structure having an extruding groove of a discharging side to extrude and discharge the waste through the connection holes.
