Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an eye examination device that enables all examination symbols set for respective examination values to be presented by one examination device without simultaneously using an eye examination table on which Landolt rings and characters of various countries disposed in order so as to conform to examination values are displayed by means of a paper medium or electrical bulletin board, an examination symbol card to be held by a hand for eye examination, a precision instrument, etc. This means for solving the above problem controls a computer to equip an eye examination device with various types of examination symbols, enlarge or reduce the examination symbols at a ratio in line with examination values in accordance with the standard represented by Japanese Standards Association to thereby enable the examination symbols to be displayed at a stepless size, and display, even when multiple examination symbols are displayed at once, the examination symbols, with each examination symbol changed independently in a completely random manner, or examination symbols arbitrarily selected by an examiner.
