Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eyeliner capable of adjusting the amount of ink discharged by means of comprising a pressing adjustment unit (3) and a rotation adjustment unit (4) and to an eyeliner with an ink discharge adjustment function that can adjust the amount of ink discharged by a user's pressing or rotating motion, can minutely adjust the discharge of ink while recognizing the amount of ink discharged by making a ratchet sound generated during the rotation motion, and can continuously supply the ink without clogging even when the ink contains pearl particles or the like by means of having a pin case (24) with a pin case groove (244) formed therein and an elastic member (23) with a standoff space (234) formed therein. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a housing unit (1) including a body (12) having an inner space (121) storing ink; an ink discharge unit (2) located at one side of the housing unit (1) and discharging the ink to the outside by moving the ink stored in the body (12); a pressing adjustment unit (3) located at the other side of the housing unit (1) and adjusting the amount of ink discharged from the ink discharging unit (2) by a user's pressing operation; and a rotation adjusting unit (4) formed so as to surround the outside of the pressing adjusting unit (3) and adjusting the amount of ink discharged from the ink discharging unit (2) by a user's rotational motion.
