Abstract:
The present invention discloses a fabric for outdoor activities and a preparation process therefor. The fabric comprises a base layer and a breathable layer provided on the base layer; the breathable layer comprises multiple spiral fibers; each spiral fiber is bonded to the base layer; the cross section of each spiral fiber is convex; each spiral fiber comprises a surface layer and an inner layer, the surface layer having hygroscopicity, and the inner layer being provided with polymer hydrogel; a water retention sponge bonded to the base layer is further provided in the spiral center of each spiral fiber; multiple bonding parts are provided between each spiral fiber and the base layer; the bonding parts comprise a central bonding part of one spiral fiber and multiple circumferential bonding parts distributed along the circumference of the spiral fiber; multiple coating parts are provided on the surface of each spiral fiber at intervals; and the coating parts are coated with hydrophilic coatings. The present invention achieves automatic change of breathability by means of the hygroscopicity of the spiral fibers in the breathable layer and the tilting height of the spiral fibers, is not prone to stuffiness or body sticking in outdoor activities, is not likely to cause moist and sticky feelings, and is comfortable.
