Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a fabric which has not only excellent flame retardancy but also excellent protection performance with respect to an electrical arc, while having an appearance that is able to be colored arbitrarily; and a protective product. The problem is solved by having a fabric containing flame-retardant fibers contain an ultraviolet absorbent or carbon particles, while setting the lightness index L value of the fabric to 25 or more.
