Abstract:
A fabric transfer device for a water jet loom. The cloth transfer device comprises a loom housing (1), and a driving electric motor (2) and a winding roller (3) that are arranged on a surface of the loom housing (1), wherein the winding roller (3) is connected to a driving shaft (4) at two ends; a transmission assembly is arranged above the winding roller (3); fabric (7) passes between the surfaces of two groups of transmission rollers (8) and is reversely wound by the winding roller (3); and a water removal assembly for reducing the water content of the fabric is arranged between the two groups of transmission rollers (8). The fabric transfer device has the following beneficial effects: a water absorption sponge (6) on a surface of a water absorption roller (5) absorbs water from the surface of the fabric (7), the water absorption sponge (6) rotates counterclockwise and is compressed by an abutting tool arranged below same to allow the water to flow into a drainage housing (13) through a drainage groove (15) provided in a surface of the abutting tool (12), a drainage plate (16) ensures that the water squeezed from the water absorption sponge (6) is drained into the drainage housing (13) and enters a recovery box (14), and the water absorption sponge (6) passing through the abutting tool (12) continues to absorb water from the surface of the fabric (7), thereby effectively recovering waste water from the surface of the fabric (7) and preventing the fabric (7) from mildewing.
