Abstract:
A fabricated shear wall, comprising an embedded column and a wall limb, wherein an equivalent steel pipe for equivalently replacing longitudinal bars of the embedded column, a spiral stirrup and a shear connector are arranged in the embedded column; the spiral stirrup is wound and welded to the periphery of the equivalent steel pipe; one end of the shear connector is connected with the equivalent steel pipe in a welded mode, and the other end of the shear connector protrudes out of the end face of the embedded column; the wall limb comprises two prefabricated wallboards parallel to each other, a thickness positioning piece used for fixing the distance between the two wallboards, and a plurality of opposite-pull screws used for pulling the two wallboards; the thickness positioning piece is provided between the inner sides of the two wallboards; and the shear connector are connected to the wallboards. The longitudinal bars of the embedded column are replaced by the equivalent steel pipe, such that the embedded column has enough strength and rigidity, small deformation can be guaranteed, complex stress can be transmitted, and the overall service life of the building structure can be prolonged. The upper and lower fabricated shear walls are connected in a mode of welding the equivalent steel pipe and the local formwork pouring concrete, the connection mode is convenient, a large amount of steel bars is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
