Abstract:
The present invention relates to a peel-off type face mask cosmetic composition, the pack cosmetic composition comprising: a first liquid agent containing purified water; and a second liquid agent containing an oil-based emollient, a surfactant, a gel-forming agent, a gelling agent, and a gelling retarder, wherein the gel-forming agent, the gelling agent, and the gelling retarder contained in the second agent are in an inactive state, that is not gelled, by means of the oil-based emollient.
