Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a facility equipment management system with which it is possible to achieve suitable management of facility equipment while reducing communication load. An air conditioner management system (1S) provided with a control device (20S) and an intermediate processing device (60S), and a management device (30S). The control device (20S) and the intermediate processing device (60S) acquires air conditioner information relating to an air conditioner (10S). The management device (30S) communicates the air conditioner information under a prescribed communication condition with the control device (20S) and the intermediate processing device (60S), and manages the air conditioner (10S). The management device (30S) and/or the intermediate processing device (60S) have/has a communication condition candidate generator (34I, 64I) for generating one or more communication condition candidates in accordance with the state of an installation space in which the air conditioner (10S) is installed and/or the state of the air conditioner (10S).
