Abstract:
A fan dropping-prevention safety mechanism, relating to the technical field of hoisting of fans for car washers. The mechanism comprises: an insertion block (2), being provided with transverse and longitudinal first pin shaft holes (201), limiting notches being formed in the side walls where the two ends of the transverse first pin shaft hole (201) are located; edge lifting ring nuts (7), being provided with second ring bodies (704) and second screw rods (705), the second ring bodies (704) being mounted on the limiting notches at the two ends of the transverse first pin shaft hole (201) by means of pins, and the second screw rods (705) being connected to a motor (4); and a middle lifting ring nut (6), being provided with a first screw rod (602) and a first ring body (601), the first screw rod (602) penetrating through the longitudinal first pin shaft hole (201), and the penetrating-out end of the first screw rod (602) being connected to a cross beam (1). According to the mechanism, by means of a combined design of the insertion block (2) and a hoisting nut, reverse rotation and loosening of the screw rods caused by vibration can be avoided, and the durability of the device is improved.
