Abstract:
A fan (10) and a roof machine. The fan (10) comprises an impeller, a motor, and a volute. The motor is connected to the impeller, and the volute comprises a spiral portion (12) and an air exhaust portion extending in the tangent direction of the spiral portion (12). The impeller is provided in the spiral portion (12), and a port of the air exhaust portion is an air outlet (14). A datum plane which is perpendicular to a tangent line and crosses the center line of the impeller is made, and an included angle between the cross section where the air outlet (14) is located and the datum plane is formed. By deflecting the air outlet by a certain angle, the length of airflow along the inner wall of the air exhaust portion is prolonged, and the cross-sectional area of the air outlet (14) is increased to facilitate air exhaust, so that the airflow can be diffused at the air outlet (14) to a certain extent so as to facilitate the conversion of dynamic pressure energy into static pressure energy and the reduction of resistance losses, and on the premise that the air volume is constant, the operation efficiency of the fan (10) is improved, and the output power of the motor is reduced.
