Abstract:
In the present invention is used a high-conductivity carbon sheet having a visual representation (picture or photo) directly printed on a primer layer formed on the upper surface of carbon paper. Therefore, in addition to a low-power heat-generation effect and an effect of emitting far-infrared rays, of the high-conductivity carbon sheet, an aesthetic interior effect can also be enjoyed. In addition, if a picture or photo is printed on carbon paper, the texture rendered as if printed on traditional Korean paper, which is unique traditional culture, can be preserved. In addition, by attaching an insulating film to the back of the high-conductivity carbon sheet, the heat emitted from the high-conductivity carbon sheet dissipates toward the front facing the heating frame. Accordingly, heat transfer performance of the heating frame can be improved. In addition, by attaching a flame-retardant insulating film to the lower surface of the insulating film, fires that may occur from the high-conductivity carbon sheet are prevented. In addition, by placing tempered glass on the upper surface of the high-conductivity carbon sheet and the lower surface of the flame-retardant insulating film, respectively, pictures or photos printed on the upper surface of the high-conductivity carbon sheet are protected from foreign substances and, when a fire occurs due to the heat generated by the high-conductivity carbon sheet, the spread of the fire is blocked.
