Abstract:
A fast automatic veneering machine for wood-plastic composites having a decorative surface, comprising a frame (1). A transmission apparatus (2), a conveyor belt workbench (3), and a veneering apparatus (4) are provided on the frame (1); the veneering apparatus (4) is provided above the conveyor belt workbench (3); the veneering apparatus (4) comprises a heating component (401), a transmission roller (402), and a winding shaft (403); a veneer for coating is provided on the winding shaft (403); the transmission roller (402) comprises a transmission roller A (4021), a transmission roller B (4022), and a transmission roller C (4023); the transmission roller B (4022) and the transmission roller C (4023) are located on the same horizontal line; the mounting height of the transmission roller A (4021) is lower than that of the transmission roller B (4022); the veneer (8) of the winding shaft (403) is sequentially connected to the transmission roller A (4021) and the transmission roller B (4022); the heating component (401) is located on the side of the transmission roller A (4021) proximate to a wood-plastic composite plate (7). By providing the heating component (401), the wood-plastic composite plate (7) is effectively heated, moisture in the wood-plastic composite plate (7) and the surrounding environment is reduced, the veneer (8) is stable, and is not vulnerable to demolding, and the produced wood-plastic composite plate (7) is not vulnerable to phenomena such as cracking, peeling and demolding, is solid and durable, and is stable in structure; the veneering speed is fast, and the effect is good; the hot pressing effect is good.
