Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a fast water-free starting self-priming apparatus, comprising a front-stage suction chamber, a mid-stage gas-liquid separation chamber, and a rear-stage gas-liquid separation chamber. A plurality of two-stage chamber gas-liquid separation one-way flow channels are symmetrically arranged between adjacent chambers, and a plurality of one-way outlets are symmetrically arranged in the inner cavity of the rear-stage gas-liquid separation chamber; the volume of the outer cavity and the inner cavity of the front-stage suction chamber is scaled, and water is suctioned by using a pressure difference, so that water suction and preliminary gas-liquid separation are implemented; the mid-stage gas-liquid separation chamber achieves a gas-liquid separation effect; the volume of the inner cavity of the rear-stage gas-liquid separation chamber is scaled, and the water is quickly discharged by using a pressure difference, so that gas-liquid separation is implemented. The apparatus of the present invention is mounted on an inlet pipe of a centrifugal pump, so that the centrifugal pump is started without water and can directly enter a normal operating condition; and by means of joint operation of the front-stage suction chamber, the mid-stage gas-liquid separation chamber, and the rear-stage gas-liquid separation chamber, gas-liquid separation is fully implemented, such that gas is quickly discharged and a cavity is filled with water, thereby significantly improving the working efficiency and greatly simplifying the operation process.
