Abstract:
This fastener chain (10) is disposed so that the outside surface thereof is covered by left and right adherends (2A, 2B) and comprises a pair of left and right fastener stringers (20A, 20B) respectively attached to the left and right adherends (2A, 2B). The pair of left and right fastener stringers (20A, 20B) each comprise a fastener tape (30) having a core string part (31), and a fastener element row constituted by a plurality of elements (40) fixed to the core string part (31). The elements (40) each have an element base part (41) and an element head part (42) that form a tape fixing part (410) to which the core string part (31) is fixed, and a meshing part (43) is formed while the element head parts (42) are enmeshed. A space (46) that sandwiches the left and right adherends (2A, 2B) is formed above the meshing part (43) between the elements (40) of the pair of left and right fastener stringers (20A, 20B).
