A fastener tape (4) is woven or knitted using weaving yarn or knitting yarn having an electrically conductive fiber material (12), the latter being formed as a signal line (23) or antenna line (21) on the fastener tape (4). When a fixer having an identification medium (20), such as a radio IC chip, attached thereto is secured to a securement subject (25), the identification medium (20) is covered by the securement subject (25) so that a state is established in which the attachment of the identification medium (20) to the securement subject (25) cannot be seen from outside. Despite the fact that the presence of the identification medium (20) cannot be ascertained from outside, the giving and receiving of various data or information possessed by the identification medium (20) makes it possible to investigate the authenticity of the securement subject or to effect commodity control or the like of the securement subject.
